The search is over as the new Lou Mars travel ride has been located, purchased and is now being fitted with a heavy duty new tow package for the drum equipment trailer. The Ford Mark III Conversion Van includes an electric bed, twin front and back air-conditioning, two stereo systems, 6 cd changer, video game inputs, television and much more. The elevated ceiling ensures movement around the interior is easy. Limo lights and four full size deck seats plus couch make for a luxurious ride while in route to playing shows and/or auditions Nationwide.
	The Van has been named "Moby" after John Bonham's famous "Moby Dick" drum solo in-addition to visually appearing like a large whale with its humped exterior roof-top.

Shopping Nationwide for a New Tour Ride April 18th, 2009 With gigs and auditions becoming more frequent at distant locations, Lou Mars is currently in the process of purchasing a new Conversion/RV Van setup with upgraded built-in sleeping accommodations, bathroom amenities, and tow packages to aid in the comfort of being back on the road. In addition Lou is checking out a new trailer for hauling his drum equipment. i.e. Trips to the L.A. area since October 2008 have been increasing. Therefore, putting together an upgraded and comfortable travel system is the next priority on the action item list as he plans to increase auditions and make himself more available for acts abroad.
In the Studio with "Sara 2 Mars" In the Recording Studio - March 14th-28th, 2009 - California Lou Mars is laying drum tracks down for the "Sara 2 Mars" CD. KZFR 90.1 FM - February 26, 2009 - California Listen for Lou Mars to be featured on KZFR Radio along with recording artist Sara Gibson and Jesse Fischer debuting a new song from the upcoming debut CD from Sara 2 Mars .  There will also be an unplugged live session in the radio station studio while on the air! Music Video Shoot - February 16, 2009 - California Lou Mars with A&R Select VP Mike Burns on location in L.A. Music Video Shoot Lou Mars & Brian Peterson at Demo Shoot Mike Burns VP of A&R Select contacted Lou Mars to be the drummer in a music video being produced for the A&R Channel (Comcast on Demand). The video is for the song "The way you love me" performed with a soul flavor by the renowned gospel artist Sharon MaRee with the video theme occurring in the 50s era. A demo was required of Lou Mars to secure the part.  The demo was shot by ace videographer Brian Peterson and mimicked the 50s theme requested . Once received, Lou Mars was approved with flying colors. The video was so well received that footage of the The demo shoot will be used in the actual music video along with the material filmed on February 16th 2009 in Los Angeles.
